Happy Thursday! We have highlighted different non-profit organizations in the Kenosha area and all they do to better our community. We are extremely blessed and truly thankful to once again be in a position to make financial contributions to some vital nonprofit organization serving our area.
The Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago has generously offered us a matching funds grant in order to assist non-profit organizations that specialize in education, housing and childcare. Southern Lakes Credit Union is committed to supporting our members, and the communities we serve now more than ever. Through our partnership with the Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago we are proud to announce that once again we have provided grants to three different non-profit organizations within our community.
As our last in a series of #ThankYouThursday messages we wanted to highlight The Boys & Girls Club of Kenosha. This is a youth guidance organization dedicated to promoting health, social, educational, vocational, cultural, character and leadership development. They help youth improve their lives by building skills, values and self-esteem in order to prevent potential gang involvement and alcohol and other drug abuse.
We sincerely thank the Boys & Girls Club of Kenosha for all they do in our community to benefit our youth!
